The studio was born out of a fascination with space, light, play with details and materials. From pure analysis and non-obvious connections. From the passion for working with a partner, in this case an investor, getting to know his needs, lifestyle and dreams.
We love working with craftsmen, including those whose work is not appreciated nowadays. We refresh and restore old items, we are interested in their history and details, as well as the material from which they were made.
In our work, we focus on extracting what is essential in a place. We are looking for a common base for people who will live in the space, the functional layout, the thoughtful or created architecture and color palette. We conduct long discussions to get to know our partner, study, sketch, prototype.
Ewa and Thomas work in Zurich and Warsaw, drawing the best from the culture of Western and Central Europe.
